DoBestMusic Commercial License Agreement

1. Definitions of Critical Terms

"Generated Content" [ยง2.1]
Any music, audio, or creative outputs produced by utilizing the platform's AI tools, including but not limited to compositions, arrangements, and sound effects.
"Commercial Use" [ยง2.2]
Any activity involving the Generated Content that is intended to generate revenue, profit, or other financial benefit, such as sale, licensing, advertising, or public performance for compensation.

2. Agreement Governing Subscription-Based Licensing Services

2.1 DoBestMusic provides music licensing services through a subscription-based model. Detailed subscription options are available on the Pricing Page. This Agreement governs the terms for using the platform's subscription services.

2.2 By accepting this Agreement, you confirm:

  1. Compliance with all terms, including General Terms, Cookie Policy, and Privacy Policy;
  2. Legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
  3. If acting for an entity, authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.

3. Scope of License & Rights Granted

3.1 Paying subscribers receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use Generated Content for:

  • Commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, streaming, sale);
  • Non-commercial purposes (e.g., personal projects, non-monetized social media sharing).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
